This site exists for one reason: to connect you with a personal loan lender that works with situations like yours. Debt Assist Hub gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use it for that purpose. In return, we ask that you don't:

• Disrupt, overload or try to break into our servers, our systems or the networks connected to them
• Reach into any account, restricted area or part of the system you haven't been authorized to use
• Copy, scrape or repurpose site content for commercial ends without our written consent
• Upload malware, spam, or anything unlawful, harmful or abusive
• Use bots or other automated tools to submit requests or to interact with the site in a misleading way

If you break any of these rules, we may suspend or end your access at any time, at our discretion and without notice.

Debt Assist Hub is a marketing website. It is not a lender, a loan broker, a law firm or a credit counseling agency. We don't set the rate or terms of any loan, and we have no influence over whether a lender says yes. What we do is introduce you to a personal loan lender that works with situations like yours, so you can speak with them directly, with no extra go-between.

Sending a request through this site does not create a loan, and it does not require any lender to make you an offer. Every decision after that point belongs solely to the lender: whether to offer you a loan, on what rate and terms, and how it is structured, all under its own underwriting rules and the laws that apply to it.

Everything on this site, including its articles, tools and guides, is meant to inform, not to advise. None of it is financial, legal, tax or credit counseling advice. This site links to, and works alongside, personal loan lenders, service providers and other outside websites. Debt Assist Hub is not responsible for their accuracy, practices, security or content. Any agreement you make with a lender is between you and that lender alone.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Debt Assist Hub and its officers, directors, employees, agents and successors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages, including lost revenue or data, that arise from:

• Your use of this website, or your inability to reach it
• Choices you make based on information found on this site
• Unauthorized access to your personal information
• The conduct, content or actions of a lender you're connected with, or of any other third party
• Technical errors, service interruptions or system outages

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms will be decided exclusively by the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.

We may update these terms from time to time. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the revised version. The current terms are always posted on this page.
